Craig is a 35 year Tampa real estate veteran, who sells and leases warehouses, distribution buildings, manufacturing plants, service centers and industrial land. Prior to starting Industrial Property Group in 2002, Craig was an officer with Cushman and Wakefield and a top producer at the Krauss Organization and Trafalgar Developers, a wholly owned subsidiary of General Electric.

The Tampa Bay Commercial Brokers Association named Craig Broker of the Year. He is also a past President of the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors, which is the Commercial Board for the seven counties on the west coast of Florida.

Craig has successfully completed over 700 industrial real estate transactions totaling over 5 million square feet of industrial buildings, 170 acres of vacant industrial land and having a dollar volume of over 130 million dollars.

John has over 27 years experience in commercial real estate as an appraiser, underwriter, mortgage banker, mortgage broker, lender and broker. He is also an owner of commercial and residential income properties. John’s depth of experience adds significant value to property owners and users. John is a licensed 220 insurance agent specializing in commercial property & casualty.

John graduated from the University of South Florida with a Masters of Business Administration with emphasis in Finance and Marketing. He received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Florida Southern College.

He is married to Anne-Marie Ayers, a commercial real estate broker with CB Richard Ellis, and has two daughters, Lauren and Lindsay. John has a passion for aviation and has a Commercial Pilot’s License with Instrument, Multi Engine and Sea Plane Ratings. He also enjoys fishing, boating and travel.

J. Thomas Gibbs, a native of Virginia, attended Virginia Commonwealth University and is a licensed Real Estate Broker and investor. In July 2000, he was appointed by Governor Jeb Bush to the Governing Board of the Tampa-Hillsborough County Expressway Authority and served eight years of which he was Chairman for four years. He was also Chairman of TEAM Florida, the statewide association of toll agencies. Tom was President of Realty International, a Virginia-based industrial development firm when he moved to Florida in 1973. The following year, he formed GGC & Associates and developed a large industrial complex in east Tampa. He is an avid supporter of the University of Florida athletic program, a life member of Sertoma International, a 32nd Mason, past Chairman of the East Hillsborough Chapter of Ducks Unlimited, and a past Chairman of his church board. Tom served in the United States Navy from 1958 to 1962. He and his wife of 45 years, Brenda, have two children and five grandchildren. In his free time, Tom likes to hunt, fish, and travel.
